The presentation will focus on techniques and strategies for transferring family businesses from one generation to the next.
We’ll look at factors to consider in selecting various methods, issue spotting, and some case studies.
The use of grantor trusts, buy-sell agreements, gifts, and charitable strategies in transferring the family business will be examined.
