FPA-SN has done it again earning FPA’s Gold
Chapter Award for the third year in a row. Thank you members, affiliates, and

Administrator Dennis Filangeri were present at the FPA National Chapter
Leaders Conference Recognition Dinner in The award is made to Chapters who meet rigid
requirements of providing member benefits, community service, educational
programs, as well as growing the chapter’s membership |

Upcoming Programs Our Annual Holiday Party and Awards Banquet is on December 6, 2007 at Lawry’s at 6:00 PM. Cost is $65. Please sign-up and pay online—click here. The final day to sign up and pay is November 30. Our next educational program is January 31 2008. We are putting on the final touches and will give you next year’s schedule in the December newsletter. The Board of Directors is working diligently to put together a great program for next year. Please help them by taking the survey (click here) and tell the Board what matters most to you. You can take the survey up to December 14. Please take the survey only once. |

New Sponsorship Program Being Developed The FPA of Southern Nevada is modifying our sponsorship program to keep in line with other chapters and organizations. We will have three levels of sponsors, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. In order to provide high quality programs, community service, and consumer awareness, it is necessary to increase revenue to the chapter. Many chapters assess members as well as have sponsors to raise revenue. Our board would like to avoid member assessments if possible. They are working on a sponsorship plan that will allow the chapter to achieve its goals, but it needs your help. If your company would like to become a corporate
sponsor for 2008, or if you work with financial service and product providers
who would like to gain recognition while promoting financial planning in
