As you know we have gone to a quarterly educational meeting program. Each quarterly program is centered around a current theme. Mark Your Calendars! April 29—Retirement and Estate Planning Tools and Techniques for this Economic Environment—Program includes an interactive case study that you won’t want to miss. We are also planning special ’Tween programs to enhance your FPA of Nevada membership benefits. Members in good standing will be notified by email of upcoming events. The Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada has invited us to participate in their upcoming Professional Conference RAISING THE ESTATE-PLANNING BAR. We would like to facilitate opportunities for members to share what they learn from other professional and trade associations. Each year, many of us attend the FPA International Conference, the FPA Retreat, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), or broker dealer related conferences. We would like help create an opportunity for members to network before, during and after the conferences and to share what they learned with our membership. Please email me (john.a.dube@ampf.com) with the names and dates of the conferences you will be attending so we can help put you in touch with other attendees.

Retreat is coming up April 27-30 in Family Foundation or Donor-Advised Fund? Fundraisers are reporting that
donors have been delaying or downsizing their gifts—some even putting the
brakes on their donations altogether, according to the Giving USA Foundation.

One way to help minimize membership assessments is through increased corporate sponsorships and online advertising.
